I’ve been collecting the scraps from my paper cutouts since 2003, when I began working in the medium. From time to time, I would make a collage from the excised and discarded pieces only to find myself disappointed that the collage was more interesting than the cutout from which it came. This collection of work is the first time that I have concentrated exclusively on collage. Chapterhouse Cafe & Gallery, 620 S 9th St, Philly, from January 10th until April 9th. Opening reception Friday, January 10th, 7- 10pm.
